October 21, 2020—May 24, 2021
In collaboration with the Oregon Graduation and Postsecondary Success Alliance, REL Northwest is conducting a series of trainings to increase Oregon high school and postsecondary stakeholders' capacity to address equity gaps in accelerated learning course enrollment. Through these trainings, REL Northwest is helping practitioners:
- Learn how to use accelerated learning participation data at the district or school level to identify equity gaps in dual-credit, direct-enrollment, Advanced Placement, and International Baccalaureate course enrollment
- Understand how to analyze root causes of equity gaps in accelerated learning participation for students of color
- Become familiar with targeted strategies to address equity gaps in accelerated learning
