Effective survey design and communication of survey results

Administrators of agencies and programs can use surveys as an important means of measuring characteristics of a population or group. Learning the key steps of survey design is necessary to effectively collect the opinions, perceptions, and observations of a group and to inform current or forthcoming programs and initiatives. This webinar will provide an opportunity to learn about best practices for survey design and how to plan for, develop, and implement surveys. Participants will also learn how to communicate survey findings effectively with key audiences to ensure that results are actionable.
