Developing a theory of action

To help educators and health practitioners use data and research to learn how they can better work together to improve academic and social outcomes for the children in their communities, REL West facilitated this alliance's co-development of a theory of action that is responsive to local needs and guides future work. Subsequent coaching and events to promote more effective collaboration between school-based health centers and the schools and districts that host them will be based on topics surfaced during the creation of this theory of action.
