Expanding early learning

Through continued coaching and technical support, REL West is building alliance members' capacity for monitoring implementation and evaluating the Individualized Child Care Subsidy Pilot in Fresno County, which provides the county with increased flexibility to develop and implement county-specific child care subsidy plans. The aim is to fill available preschool slots, with particular attention to the barriers, needs, and communications strategies in rural areas.
