Through an analytic coaching project, REL Southwest supported nine school districts in Texas with an analysis of postsecondary outcomes of their career and technical education (CTE) graduates. To support CTE directors in reviewing data with local stakeholders as a part of a comprehensive local needs assessment, REL Southwest led a coaching session with each district that explored their data, identified findings, and reflected on the implications from the data for strengthening CTE programs of study and efforts related to Perkins V in their district. Each of the district-related analyses replicated those examined in partnership with the Round Rock Independent School District in Austin, Texas (see the report Examining High School Career and Technical Education Programs and the Postsecondary Outcomes of Career and Technical Education Students in the Round Rock Independent School District).
