On May 14, 2019, the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) hosted a webinar on documenting contextual information in reviews of group design studies.

The webinar covered the following topics:

• The importance of providing accurate information about study samples and contexts
• Where and how reviewers can identify contextual information in group design studies
• Instructions and examples for documenting contextual information in the online WWC Study Review Guide

The webinar also included modeling exercises and knowledge checks to strengthen understanding of the material as well as a Q&A session in which participants can pose questions to the presenters.

This webinar is intended primarily for WWC reviewers certified in the group design standards as well as researchers who are in the process of pursuing this certification. Researchers who conduct evidence syntheses may also find the webinar of interest.
