Supporting Rigorous Research: Resources from the WWC
Join us on March 15, from 2pm to 3pm ET for an hour-long presentation of the ways that the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) supports education researchers. This webinar will focus on the resources available to support rigorous research, including some new features introduced as part of the new WWC website that make it easier for researchers to access information on what works in education.
The presentation will introduce researchers to features of the redesigned website. Did you know that you can search for interventions that improve a specific outcome for students in particular grades and subjects? Or that you can look at the findings from the individual studies that are summarized in a WWC intervention report? You can also export data from WWC reviews for use in your own analyses. The presenters will demonstrate the features that enable you to do these things and more! The presenters will also review where to find the WWC’s wealth of resources to help you design and implement a study that will meet WWC design standards. There will be an opportunity to pose questions to the presenters during a Q&A session at the conclusion of the webinar.
