Description:	This What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) intervention report summarizes the research on Science Teachers Learning through Lesson Analysis (STeLLA®). STeLLA® is a professional development program, developed by BSCS Science Learning, that aims to improve students' science achievement by improving elementary teachers' science content knowledge and instruction. Based on the research, the WWC found that implementing STeLLA® has potentially positive effects on science achievement for students in grades 4 and 5.
