Fiscal Year 2014 "Phase I" Solicitation: Solicitation #ED-IES-14-R-0009, was a request for Phase I proposals for awards up to $150,000 for 6-months for the development of prototypes of education technology products to improve relevant student or teacher outcomes in education and special education settings.
