Fiscal Year 2015 "Phase I" Solicitation: Solicitation #ED-IES-15-R-0005, was a request for Phase I proposals for awards up to $150,000 for 6-months for the development of prototypes of education technology products to improve relevant student or teacher outcomes in education and special education settings.

Fiscal Year 2015 "Fast-Track" Solicitation: Solicitation #ED-IES-15-R-0006, was a request for Fast-Track (Phase I & II) proposals for awards up to $1,050,000 for 30-months for the development of education technology products designed to improve relevant student or teacher outcomes in education and special education settings.
