Background

Supporting and Analyzing Grantee Evaluations (SAGE) was to provide technical assistance to external evaluators of projects funded by various U.S. Department of Education grant programs, such as Education Innovation and Research (EIR). The technical assistance was designed to ensure external evaluations met the WWC’s research standards so that it can be determined whether the programs successfully improved student outcomes.

This contract was terminated before support to Department of Education grantees could begin.
