This data file and documentation contain finance data for public elementary and secondary education at the state level, for fiscal year 2000, and school year 1999-2000. Revenues are reported by source and expenditures are reported by function and object. Student membership and average daily attendance data are also included. Data are submitted to NCES by state education agencies.
