This User's Manual focuses on the second-grade rounds of data collection and data for the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, Kindergarten Class of 2010-11 (ECLS-K:2011). It describes the study instruments and data collection procedures used in the fall 2012 and spring 2013 collections. It also describes the kindergarten-second grade data file structure and variables created from data collected in the second-grade rounds.
