This issue brief provides the fifth annual update on access by public schools and classrooms to the Internet. The publication tracks information on access by characteristics of schools with Internet access for the school and for the classrooms. In addition, the issue brief reports on ratios of students per instructional computer and students per instructional computer with Internet access. Finally the brief reports on trends in how schools connect to the Internet.
