Coverage Evaluation of the 1994-95 Common Core of Data: Public Elementary/Secondary Education Agency Universe Survey

This report is the first in a series that constitutes a comprehensive evaluation of the Common Core of Data Surveys (CCD). The purpose of the comprehensive evaluation is to assess the quality of survey data as it relates to coverage, classification, reliability, validity, and survey design estimation. This report contributes to the comprehensive evaluation by providing a comparison of the CCD universe to other sources in order to identify potential coverage problems.
