This report presents the findings from a survey that measures public school districts' attainment and use of research and development resources. Specifically, the publication reports the districts' receipt of materials from the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), the districts' receipt of materials from other sources, and the need for additional research and development tools.
