Summary

This report will analyze factors such as salaries and administrative expenditures that influence cost per FTE in institutions of higher education. The impact of these factors on cost per FTE will be examined and compared by sector. Salary from the IPEDS "Finance" survey will be used for the first time, to analyze salary by expenditure functions.
