Documentation for the Common Core of Data State Nonfiscal Survey of Public Elementary and Secondary Education: School Year 2004-05

This documentation accompanies the publication of the 2004-05 Common Core of Data State Nonfiscal Survey of Public elementary and Secondary Education data files. It briefly describes the purpose and scope of the Common Core of Data collection, discusses the methodology used in the data collection and processing, including an explanation of the data imputation and adjustment mthods, and comments on the conditions unique to the data fields and data files.
