Coverage Evaluation of the 1994-95 Common Core of Data: Public Elementary/Secondary School Universe Survey

This report is fourth in a series that constitutes a comprehensive evaluation of the Common Core of Data Surveys (CCD). The objective of the report is to determine the accuracy and completeness of the list of schools used for the 1994-95 Common Core of Data's Public Elementary/Secondary School Universe survey. Thus, the CCD file was primarily compared to those files of two private firms - Market Data Retrieval (MDR) and Quality Education Data (QED).
