Summary
This study examines estimates of the same or similar variables in the 1990-91 Schools and Staffing Survey (SASS) and the 1991-92 Teacher Followup Survey conducted by the U.S. Bureau of the Census for NCES. The objectives of this report are to: identify the same or similar survey items and common estimates across SASS and TFS; compare these items and estimates across national, state, and private schools, and; decompose estimates to understand the source or sources of differences.
