Earning and Learning: Lessons from Teacher Apprenticeship Programs in Central Region States

Teacher apprenticeship programs are gaining momentum as a strategy for addressing teacher shortages by helping paraprofessionals and other school staff earn teaching credentials while continuing to work in schools.
