This fact sheet provides examples of evidence-based practices teachers in grades 5-6 can use in the classroom to support their students' math learning and also provides a process teachers and instructional coaches can use for effective professional learning. Developed to support a REL Pacific partnership project with the Guam Department of Education, this fact sheet is broadly applicable to teachers across the Pacific Region and U.S. states.
