Summary

This infographic describes the purpose of individualized career plans, also known as ICPs, how they prepare students for the future, and the practices that schools can adopt to implement high-quality ICPs. The infographic is based on an Ask An Expert presentation by Dr. Scott Solberg, a professor with Boston University's Center for Future Readiness. REL Southwest facilitated this Ask an Expert presentation to support the statewide rollout of the Effective Advising Framework in Texas.
