Lyon County School District Literacy Professional Learning Community

This Professional Learning Summary is a coaching artifact from a coaching project in Lyon County, Nevada. REL West helped the district implement a professional Learning Community to support teachers' understanding of the evidence-based pedagogical shift in the new curriculum and how the new materials aligned with their individual school's needs and context. This Summary provides an overview of the design of the PLC as well as a template for other districts.
