Summary

These training materials include a PowerPoint presentation describing evidence on effectively engaging families in students' postsecondary transitions and resources that are available in southwest Virginia to support with this process. The materials were first shared at a workshop for secondary and postsecondary educators and program leaders in spring 2019. This workshop was the second part of a two-part series on nonacademic supports for students' postsecondary transitions.
