As an accompaniment to the Evaluating Professional Learning tool and fillable worksheets, educators can use these materials--which include a testimonial video, slides, and facilitator agendas--to guide their teams through the development of a plan to evaluate their professional learning initiative. The workshop series is broken down into four phases. Each facilitator agenda provides suggested timing and activities for each workshop. Facilitators may want to consider creating a shared folder for their teams to work on handouts and activities collaboratively.
