Description: This webinar will focus on the potential benefits of examining program and participant data to support the creation of exceptional career and technical education (CTE) programs that prepare students for high-demand careers. Presenters will share real-world examples from three Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) studies that used participant data to inform CTE program improvements that align with the needs of the 21st century workforce. Participants will learn what can be gained by examining CTE data, such as tracking postsecondary outcomes of CTE participants. They will also strengthen their knowledge of how states and districts across the country are using data to inform improvements to their CTE programs.

Audience: The webinar's primary audience will be state and local education agency CTE leaders and data analysts who are interested in learning about how to improve CTE programs.
