Please be sure to read the Technical Support and Download Instructions in the drop-down menu below for important details about how to successfully launch the POMT application.
POMT is a downloadable, browser-based application for Mac and PC that runs locally on your computer and does not require an active internet connection. The POMT module helps you create an ongoing plan for monitoring, measuring, and tracking outcomes over time to evaluate program effectiveness.
Program Features:
- Once all of your program monitoring is entered, you will be able to access an interactive dashboard that shows the status of all your outcomes.
- The end result is an interactive assessment and printable report that enables you to compare your program's actual progress to your set targets, benchmarks, and baseline.
- This app functions as a program monitoring guide for you and your team, visually showing the status of program outcomes. Status is indicated by a red, yellow, or green color.
- Contains a POMT Application User Guide with full instructions and logic model examples.
In the video below, listen to Krishna Narayan walk you through an introduction to using the Program Outcomes, Measures, and Targets (POMT) Application.
Introducing the Program Outcomes, Measures, and Targets (POMT) Application (REL Pacific)

Download Instructions
- Click on the Download Now button below to download a zipped folder of the POMT application.
- Open your Downloads folder and locate the downloaded file, POMT.zip.
- Unzip the application into the desired location on your hard drive. Please note: it is imperative to extract the files/folder from the zipped folder before the POMT application can be fully launched. If your network is security protected, you may need to contact your IT support to implement a program like 7-Zip Portable or a similar file compression utility tool.
- Once decompressed, locate and open the UNZIPPED folder, and proceed to double-click the "index.html" file to launch the application. The application will not work properly if the "index.html" file in the POMT zipped folder is used to launch the application.
- When the logic model has been completed and saved, you can re-open your saved .rel file to make further changes.
For convenience, consider either bookmarking the home page of the application or adding a program shortcut on your desktop. In Windows, right-click the "index.html" file and choose "Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)." On a Mac, simply highlight the text in the address bar and drag it to the desktop.
