Description: This training will present the materials that the Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) staff can use to provide clearer guidance to districts in terms of the approval process for expanded criteria for the CPP application. These materials include support on how to develop a theory of action and how to review the quality of research, along with an application guide that REL Central and CPP staff codeveloped.
