This webinar workshop will have segments that address the four domains from the Center for School Turnaround framework: leadership, talent management, instructional transformation, and culture and climate. By participating in this workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of the research base behind each of the four domains, as well as the interconnectedness of the domains. Through this increased knowledge, participants will develop a deeper understanding of how they can leverage each domain to increase success in implementing and sustaining programs and practices to improve student outcomes.
