The goal of this webinar was for participants to leave with the knowledge and ability to utilize the Integrating Reading Foundations: A Tool for College Instructors of Pre-service Teachers tool in their reading foundations courses for pre-service teachers. Participants also gained an understanding of how the tool is aligned with the Foundational Skills to Support Reading for Understanding in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade practice guide, received an overview of the components of the tool, and were provided with strategies for integrating the tool into their existing reading foundations courses for pre-service teachers.
