REL Appalachia Event: Tools for Measuring and Improving MTSS/RTI Implementation

Description: This webinar is the first of a two-part series on tools and approaches to measure and improve the implementation of multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS)/response to intervention (RTI). Presenters will focus on the rationale and benefits of using an MTSS/RTI implementation assessment tool; the types of tools states are using to measure MTSS/RTI frameworks to support improved practices; strategies for developing a well-designed tool; and how to support the use of tools and resulting data to improve MTSS/RTI implementation through purposeful dissemination, training, and coaching.

Partnership or Research Alliance: Early Literacy partnership

Audience: The primary audience for the webinar will be state education agency personnel and school district MTSS/RTI coordinators and staff who are interested in learning more about tools for assessing implementation of MTSS/RTI frameworks. The webinar is also intended to appeal to researchers interested in measuring MTSS/RTI implementation and impact.
