Description: Administrator Training 1 will include information and activities to explain the purpose and development of the North Dakota Native American Needs Assessment Surveys (administrator, teacher, and student versions) and the structure and content of the associated Native American Needs Assessment Action Plan. Participants will learn and apply a process for adapting the surveys to their contexts by prioritizing and eliminating sections and develop plans for using the needs assessment surveys in their districts or schools.
