Time: 10:00am–12:00pm MT
Location: Virtual
Description: This training is the second in a series of six trainings in which representatives from the seven SEAs in the REL Central region work with their agencies’ executive leadership to define a high-leverage need, explore data and evidence related to the need, and identify possible solutions and strategies to address the need. In the first meeting, cadre members reviewed the goals of the event series, practiced using some of the protocols that will be used throughout the series, and received direction regarding how to identify and define a high-leverage need. During this second training, REL Central will facilitate updates on the progress cadre members made since the first training and discuss the themes that emerged from the priorities. The cadre members scheduled to present will then introduce the high-leverage needs for their states, present their local contexts, and introduce potentially meaningful data. REL Central will facilitate a consultancy protocol process, providing an opportunity for analysis and feedback.
