Description: Attending the 2021 ORTIi virtual conference? Join REL Northwest’s Vicki Nishioka for a breakout session focused on teaching social and emotional learning (SEL) in a response to intervention (RTI) framework. Participants will increase their understanding of the evidence base for quality SEL instruction in schools, including promising practices related to RTI’s essential conditions, increasing adult capacity, and promoting equity.

Audience: Conference participants who are interested in learning about the intersections of SEL and RTI are encouraged to attend this session.
