strong>Description: The goal of this training will be that participants gain knowledge of the research base on career counseling and tools that may be used to develop and implement career counseling training for teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators. Participants will receive an overview of available data, research, and tools to support training and implementation of career counseling efforts. Participants will develop a logic model on the development of career counseling training, reflect upon their experience, and discuss next steps for training.

strong>Audience: Florida Career Readiness Research Alliance members, including representatives from the Florida Department of Education, Leon County, Florida schools, the Florida Association and Career and Technical Educators, and the United Way of the Big Bend’s Education Council
