Description: This session will provide an overview of evidence-based career counseling strategies for rural schools. Participants will receive an overview and discuss the areas shown from the research to be important to the implementation of career counseling and work to develop an implementation plan. Participants will reflect upon their experience and discuss application of the strategies in their local settings.
