Description: This in-person bridge event, hosted by REL Midwest and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), will focus on effective strategies to prepare students with disabilities to become college- and career-ready. The event will cover existing research on evidence-based practices, tools and resources to support students and provide examples from special education administrators from around the state. The event will include a question-and-answer session with the presenters and conclude with table discussions in which participants will create an action plan based on the resources and lessons learned at the event.

Audience: The primary audience for this event will include Minnesota special education administrators.
