Description: The goals of the workshop are to (a) increase educators’ knowledge of the recommendations from the IES Teaching Elementary Schools Students to Be Effective Writers practice guide, (b) increase educators’ knowledge of the Teaching Secondary Students to Write Effectively practice guide, (c) and provide practice opportunities with evidence-based instructional activities.

Research Alliance: Improving Literacy Research Alliance

Audience: The primary audience for the workshop will include teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators attending the annual Florida Literacy Association Conference.
