Description: In this session, members of the REL Northwest Idaho Educator Pipeline Alliance will present their work on identifying promising practices to retain educators. Participants will gain a conceptual understanding of how to identify “bright spot” schools using state data, learn about promising strategies that bright spot schools are using that may contribute to their positive results in retaining educators, learn what the research evidence says about the strategies bright spot schools use, and hear about opportunities to connect with state and local efforts to attract and retain excellent educators.
