2008 IES Research Conference
   Education Research: What's Now? What's Next?

Description: This popular three-day research conference will provide principal stakeholders and other researchers from IES-funded projects and contracts with an opportunity to learn more about the Institute and IES-funded research.

The Conference agenda includes a variety of important and relevant topics designed to bring the practical applications of IES-sponsored research activities into focus for researchers, policymakers, and the education community. Open forums and networking opportunities will be a highlight of this year's conference. Participants will have scheduled opportunities to interact and informally discuss IES-sponsored research and evaluation activities. Poster sessions will provide researchers the opportunity to present their research, collaborate, and learn from prominent leaders in research and practice.
