New NAEP Data Access Tool to Be Released this Fall

The NAEP Data Explorer (successor to the NAEP Data Tool) and NAEP State Ranking pages are in the final stages of testing and should be available this fall. The Data Explorer tool allows users to generate tables of results from all of the major state and national assessments since 1990. The State Ranking pages allow the creation of tables that rank states and jurisdictions based on the average scale scores for selected groups of public school students on the most recent NAEP assessment.
