The Principal Effectiveness Research Alliance (PERA) is a group of State and local education agencies and other stakeholders focused on issues related to the effectiveness of school leaders. The aim is to use data-driven approaches to help alliance partners better understand principal effectiveness and improve the quality of their principal evaluations by using multiple empirically sound measures.
