Dr. Phillip Herman
Dr. Phillip Herman is a Research Director at McREL International's Pacific Center for Changing the Odds and the Executive Director of the REL Pacific contract. Dr. Herman holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; an MAT in Applied Linguistics; and a BS in Russian Language, History, and Culture from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Dr. Herman is also principal investigator on an IES-funded randomized control trial testing the efficacy of a blended online 6th grade math curriculum in West Virginia.
