Description: This is the third in a three-webinar series. Each webinar in the series extends and deepens knowledge on the topic of trauma-informed practices in educational settings. Specifically, as a result of participation in this webinar, participants will:

  • Gain language and frameworks for why and how supporting youth-serving educators is critical to burnout, secondary stress, and compassion fatigue prevention;
  • Identify areas of strength and areas of growth in support for youth-serving adults; and
  • Develop strategies to apply self and collective care practices to current professional role in participants’ communities.

Research Alliance: School Climate Alliance

Audience: This seminar is for the 10 districts and 23 schools in the School Climate Alliance. REL West will invite the district staff, administrators from each school, and school climate team members. Other educators nationally will also be invited.
