Description: This training is the fifth in a series of six trainings in which representatives from the seven state education agencies in the REL Central region work with their agencies’ executive leaders to define high-leverage needs, explore data and evidence related to the needs, and identify possible solutions and strategies to address the needs. In the first training, cadre members reviewed the goals of the event series, practiced using some of the protocols that will be used throughout the series, and received direction on how to identify and define a high-leverage need. In the second through fourth trainings, cadre members from six state education agencies presented their high-leverage needs to other members and received feedback during a structured consultation session. In this fifth training, REL Central will facilitate a similar process for four cadre members to present their high-leverage needs and engage in a consultation session.
