Utah Early Career Teacher Retention: Session 2

On June 5, 2023, REL West met with partners at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for a coaching session as part of the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership. In session 2, participants reviewed and reflected on recent exit survey results from departing Utah teachers, established concepts and tools that allowed the professional learning community (PLC) to understand the root causes of early career teacher attrition, and scheduled subsequent Zoom meetings with REL West/USBE.
