Networked Rural Washington College Success Collaborative

Guidance counselors at rural schools often work in isolation, taking on many responsibilities and high caseloads. REL Northwest is supporting the efforts of Washington's Rural Alliance for College Success to plan, launch, and sustain a network of counselors from remote and rural communities in Eastern Washington that will strengthen their capacity to engage in inquiry and data-informed action.

Objective

The collaborative will bring together rural school guidance counselors to identify shared problems of practice and develop and implement solutions that increase college and career readiness and success for Washington's rural students.
