Join REL Southwest for a free webinar on supporting early learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this interactive webinar, Katie Dahlke, Ph.D., principal researcher at REL Southwest, will provide an overview of a spreadsheet of resources that educators and families can use to support learning at home for children in prekindergarten (preK) and kindergarten. Janice Keizer, senior technical assistance consultant at REL Southwest, will then facilitate a question-and-answer session with early childhood education practitioners to discuss how they are supporting early learners and their families.

Participants will:

  • Increase their understanding of the importance of fostering strong relationships with families while supporting learning at home.
  • Increase their understanding of promising resources and strategies that can support learning at home for preK and kindergarten children, including a database of early learning resources curated by REL Southwest.
  • Consider insights, ideas, and implications for implementing promising practices to support learning at home for preK and kindergarten children.
