This symposium will describe three studies that examined the effects of college and career pathway programs on longitudinal student outcomes. REL Midwest will present on a recent study that compared the college and career outcomes of Indiana and Minnesota high school graduates who were non-CTE participants, CTE explorers (students who complete multiple CTE courses, but in different career fields), and CTE concentrators. REL Midwest examined the effect of different levels of CTE participation on high school graduates’ college enrollment, degree attainment, employment, and earnings.
